Infinity Skies Corp manufactures and supplies precision CNC-machined hardware, modular fixture systems, kit bundles, and engineering services. This policy reflects the nature of our products including configured-to-order and custom-machined parts and applies to all purchases made through www.infinitysks.com or via direct order.
1. Standard (COTS) Products
Stocked, off-the-shelf products may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to all of the following conditions: the item must be unused, unmodified, and in its original packaging; a 15% restocking fee applies to all accepted returns; return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer; items received damaged in transit must be reported within 3 business days of delivery with photographic documentation sent to Sales@InfinitySkiesCorp.com.
To initiate a return, email Sales@InfinitySkiesCorp.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return. We will respond within 1 business day with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions. Returns received without an RMA number will not be accepted.
2. Configured-to-Order and Custom-Machined Parts
Parts manufactured to customer-specified dimensions, tolerances, materials, or hole patterns including any part that deviates from a standard catalog configuration are non-returnable and non-refundable once manufacturing has begun. If a configured or custom part does not conform to the agreed drawing, purchase order specification, or written requirements, Infinity Skies Corp will remake the non-conforming part at no additional charge. Remakes require written documentation of the non-conformance with reference to the applicable drawing revision, and return of the original part to our facility.
3. Kit Bundles
Kit bundles may be returned within 30 days of delivery if all components are unused, unmodified, and returned together in original packaging. Partial kit returns returning some but not all components are not accepted. A 15% restocking fee applies. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.
4. Engineering Consulting and Services
Consulting, engineering design, and documentation services are non-refundable once work has commenced. For project-based engagements, cancellation after work begins will result in an invoice for the value of work completed to the date of cancellation. Monthly retainer engagements may be cancelled with 30 days written notice.
5. Defective or Non-Conforming Products
If any product is found to be defective or does not conform to its published specification or agreed drawing, contact Sales@InfinitySkiesCorp.com within 10 business days of delivery. We will arrange return shipping at our cost and, at our discretion, replace or refund the product. Please include your order number, a description of the non-conformance, and photographs where applicable.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds for COTS and kit returns will be processed within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a product defect.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances: custom-machined parts, configured-to-order parts, completed engineering and consulting services, and any item that has been installed, modified, or used.
8. Sale Items
Standard return conditions apply to sale items. Sale prices do not affect return eligibility within the 30-day window.
