All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by Infinity Skies Corp. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Prices are subject to change without notice. Product specifications, dimensions, materials, and tolerances are subject to change without notice; customers should verify current specifications with us before final design-in or procurement decisions. Quoted lead times are estimates only and do not constitute a guaranteed delivery date.
5. Payment
Payment for standard (COTS) products is due at the time of order. Machining services and consulting engagements may be invoiced under separate written agreement with Net-15 payment terms unless otherwise specified. We accept payment via the methods available at checkout. We reserve the right to require payment in advance for new customers or large orders.
6. Export Controls
Products, technical data, and services available through this Website may be subject to United States export control laws, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), 22 C.F.R. Parts 120–130, and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), 15 C.F.R. Parts 730–774. By placing an order or requesting technical data, you certify that you are not a national of a country subject to US export sanctions and that the products and data will not be exported, re-exported, or transferred to any restricted country, entity, or individual without prior written authorization from the appropriate US government agency.
