1. Overview
Infinity Skies Corp is a US-based manufacturer of precision CNC-machined mechanical hardware located in Hawthorne, California. Some products, technical data, and services available through this Website may be subject to United States export control laws and regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), 22 C.F.R. Parts 120–130, administered by the US Department of State Directorate of Defense Trade Controls (DDTC), and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), 15 C.F.R. Parts 730–774, administered by the US Department of Commerce Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS).
2. Domestic Sales
All products sold through www.infinitysks.com are manufactured in the United States. Domestic sales within the United States to US persons are not subject to export licensing requirements under ITAR or EAR. Infinity Skies Corp operates exclusively as a domestic supplier at this time.
3. International Orders
Infinity Skies Corp does not currently fulfill international orders or transfer technical data to persons or entities outside the United States without first verifying export control classification and, where required, obtaining the appropriate export license or applicable license exception from the relevant US government agency. Inquiries regarding international orders must be directed to Sales@InfinitySkiesCorp.com prior to any order placement.
4. Buyer Certification
By placing an order with Infinity Skies Corp, the buyer certifies that: they are a US person as defined under ITAR (22 C.F.R. § 120.62) or are otherwise authorized to receive the products and technical data; the products and technical data will not be re-exported, retransferred, or disclosed to any foreign national or foreign entity without prior written authorization from the appropriate US government agency; and they are not listed on any US government restricted or denied party list, including the DDTC Debarred Parties List, the BIS Entity List, the OFAC Specially Designated Nationals List, or any other applicable sanctions list.
5. Technical Data
Engineering drawings, specifications, CAD files, and other technical data provided by Infinity Skies Corp may be export-controlled. Such data shall not be shared with, transmitted to, or accessed by foreign nationals or foreign entities without appropriate authorization.
6. Compliance Program
Infinity Skies Corp maintains awareness of ITAR and EAR requirements applicable to our products and services. We reserve the right to refuse any order, request, or inquiry that may result in a violation of applicable export control laws. We conduct basic denied party screening on orders involving defense and space launch customers.
